Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jacobpagani.com. Our team will respond within 3 business days and guide you through the return process.

Items returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original order and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@jacobpagani.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Estimated delivery time is between 5 and 25 business days, depending on your location.
